Hello,
I have found the solution by creating new shortcodes. The Facebook Feed is showing correct now, the Instagram Feed not. Yes, I have logged in to Instagram a got a new access token and I genarated a new shortcode.Best Regards

Feeds are running well again. Can it be the API restrictions of fb or Instagram? I don’t think so because the site is closed to public.

there is no error message. After importing the json file the the screen is like this: https://imgur.com/a/HmPmWQbPerhaps you can send a example json for which you are sure it works.
