I have thus removed all shipping methods but I still have a shipping fee in the cart

Hi,
Thanks for your assistance even after disabling the woocommerce shipping & Tax plugin, I still get the shipping fee error and I cannot remove it. I only need the API for shipping and its been frustrating to say the least.

I might have to rebuild the website, that is about the last option I have.

Thank you for your reply in actual fact the problem still exists, you have to proceed to checkout in order to see where the double shipping starts. I am using the courier guy api and I managed to generate a system report as follows:

Also my main issue is the shipping fee is not removable from the cart. i have tried replacing woocommerce cart shortcode and checkout shortcode but still to no avail.
