Hey, thank you @rafinkhan! Hopefully “soon” means like month not another 7 month or a couple of years:)). This should be a priority number one. I’m not saying it just because I need this urgently, it’s because I’ve tried all (I guess) tabs addons and if you’ll add this function to your Advanced Tabs – it’ll be unbeatable. Just google
“elementor tabs links site:www.ads-software.com” and you’ll see that this is the real function people want and no one can provide a real functional/usable solution yet (not even the Elementor! – surprisingly).

Guys, this feature would make your Tab Addon the best Tab addon ever! Just spent the whole day testing all possible Tab Addons for elementor, unfortunately didn’t find any usable. Most of them are ok, some of them even better. One with anchor function works nicely but lacks basic CSS edit options, another one also has anchor option, but the layout is almost uneditable. So far, regarding functionality and layout options, your addon is the best. The only one and the most important missing feature is the tab anchors. Need it badly, yesterday is actually late.
BTW, anyone tried this solution?

I’ve tried to put the js in the “custom js” – but nothing really happened.
I thought maybe the script will add unique IDs for each tab, but there are still only classes. Thank you!

Ok, I guess I found the solution/cause (after a half day of testing every plugin installed). The site (with the image behavior I want) actually uses Yoast Seo plugin. Just installed this plugin to the 2nd site (fresh installation) and everything looks and works great! It’s under Search appearance>media and it’s on by default. The description explains it: “When you upload media (an image or video for example) to WordPress, it doesn’t just save the media, it creates an attachment URL for it. These attachment pages are quite empty: they contain the media item and maybe a title if you entered one. Because of that, if you never use these attachment URLs, it’s better to disable them, and redirect them to the media item itself.” Now when I click “view” in my media library I see wwww.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/picture.jpg instead of wwww.mysite.com/picture. Also when I enter this “www.mysite.com/picture” in to a browser it doesn’t show me the post with the image anymore, it goes directly to 404 page – exactly how it should work! Also, I’ve checked a couple of random WP websites and half of them have this “problem” (IMO). If I pick any image on such site and manually add it to the address pattern I can see the single image with commenting options etc. Makes no sense to me, it’s useless. What is it good for?

Yep, the gap is gone if you put the widget inside the first section, not above (as I did). Another thing, if there is a content in the first section, the widget has to be above this content, otherwise the dot navigation doesn’t work properly. Thank you very much for your help!

Checked the page you provided – everything’s just fine! Weird. Did all updates (even browser), created a new page – the gap is still there (on my local WP). Can you export your example as a template for download? That will be helpful.

Forgot to add. I use latest WP, Elementor Pro and Premium addons (up to date) and hello theme.

It’s developed locally, so I can’t provide the link. But it’s easy to reproduce: Elementor canvas, 2 sections (100vh) and the Vertical widget about those sections. All sections have no gaps, no padding, no margin.
