Hi,
I have the same issue. I could insert the Shortcode Ultimate code couple of weeks ago using classic editor with Siteorigin editor, but not anymore. The insert button will not work. I thought it was a cache issue so I tried a different browser, but the problem remains. Hopely the someone addresses the issue quickly for us.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my post. Much appreciated. Please accept my apology for the delayed response.
Yes the issue was occurring at the admin panel /backend. Later on when I logged out and viewed the site, the address was not displaying at the front end. It is resolved now and thank you for pointing me to the right direction. Much appreciated.
