In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Issues with StatcounterStatcounter says their side is okay, and so to google analytics. They told me to contact the plugin author. And since you referred me to them, if course I had no choice. May be something has to be worked on from your end. All traffics stats for amp are missing. Google analytics shows unknown both on keyword and page visited. Statcounter says the same. When plugin disabled, everything is back to normal and working well. Have you found a solution?

I couldn’t stand it missing all of the traffic stats both in statcounter and google analytics since I use such data.. Not until issues of this kind are solved, I can re-enable.

I noticed it lacks a single.php file. The theme uses the index.php for the blog posts output.
In the last update I changed some code which if a template file didn’t exist it would revert to single.php as a backup.
Previously it would revert to index.php which at the time of the last update made sense to change to single.php. Here’s me assuming ALL themes have a single.php file, Doh! Will have to change that back ??
Thank you so much. Changing the template file from Single.php to index.php under the plugin settings helped the comments pages work again. Guess you need to change it back for many users with themes like mine which have no single.php
Here is the solution. Create a new comment and add your domain name in the URL field. Now go to Akismet and unmark as spam. You will be done.

I just seen the problem. Indeed it was a plugin which my helper admin had installed for test purposes without my knowledge. The Free Article plugin caused this and the moment I deactivated it, the security plugin menu came back and is now visible. Thank you for the support.
I will surely write a review about that bad plugin which modified my site without my request.
I haven’t added anything like a new plugin. I just woke up and found things that way. I am not sure of what I can do now.
The plugin is active and sends me notifications of file changes and log in lockdowns. I have tried to deactivate and reactivate it but the same happens. Its installed on a single site.
When I access plugins, I can see the plugin as active. When I use the settings options, only limited menu like meta info, db back and two more options are visible.
The entire menu like registration, scan, and all others are not visible. I used to see these options when I log on to admin but now they are not seen. I never made any changes for this to happen.
