This support page is not for the Shortcode IMDB plugin. Why did you occupy this space? Is your intention to advertise your website? There is already a major update coming for the other plugin, and I have mentioned that I am working on a significant update where the plugin is being completely recoded. On the other hand, you can check api settings like Maximum length, Temperature, or model etc. You have to experiment with that if you change default settings.

Hello, where did you get this message? I am updating plugin tomorrow, but if you do not enter any api-key, you can get this message. This happens when you cannot connect with openai server normally.

I can’t give a definite date at the moment because I’m currently working on a new movie/game/comic database plugin and taking care of my current job priorities, but I’ll be making a big update soon. I’ll also look into this issue.

I think problem is coming from your template. But do not worry, I am going to release a big update end of october.

I did not understand the problem. I’d appreciate if you could elaborate a little more on the subject. If there is a language problem with the title, you can change the location from the admin panel.

You can check it again. I have updated plugin. But, first you have to delete titles that is you have problem with from dashboard. (IMDB updates its website sometimes so I have to renew my codes.)

That is interesting. It is working with other ids and fetching rating data but this one (tt7550000) have issues. I will check it…
