I had to download the Astra Pro plugin and manually install it. The older version of the plugin I was using was not prompting as needing an update even though it was quite a few version old. Just upload the most recent version and it should overwrite the old one. That was my fix at least.

It has definitely been an issue. With all the recent updates to WooCommerce I wonder if the issue has been addressed, but again, it didn’t happen 100% of the time so it is really difficult to track down the culprit. I’ll follow up if it happens again now that some updates have come through.

Yes; this is a continued and seemingly random problem on one of our client websites. Probably 80% of the time the options are saved properly to the database (and therefore shown in the email notifications and on the corresponding Order page) but about 20% of the time that data is just lost. I’ve done quite a bit of testing and just can’t seem to reproduce the issue, but the issue does continue to happen randomly. Any update on this? Would be happy to answer any questions.

This is perfect, thanks for pointing me in the right direction! One small suggestion would be to add target=”_blank” for the website links in these code snippets, but I suppose that’s a bit subjective.

Have you added the custom post types under AWS > Text-To-Speech > Post types? For example, if you wanted this to work for posts as well as LearnDash Courses, Lessons, and Topics, you should enter:

sfwd-courses sfwd-lessons sfwd-topic post

and save changes.

Agreed – one message per delete action (single delete or bulk) would be fine, with an option of “don’t show this again” would be just the right amount of nag ??
