hello again, i solved, the issue for the blank page comes when import data that is wrong imported, but is imported , so the default theme for that “single page” are apply, so you need to remove the wrong themes imported
and set the right template has default and all works again

To reply this case :
type low values for php.ini
– execution_time = 30
– upload_max_file_size = 5m

The issue :
this can cause a bad demo imported, when this happend the default themplate are apply, so when you wanna import again the demo template again the “single page” dont set the new data imported has default, so the old data imported still there, and how the old data is a bad import this cause a blank page in the “single page” when i wanna see it

Solution :
After you set the new values in php.ini
– execution_time = 300
– upload_max_file_size = 80m ( for example )

after import the new demo data, this set the new template has default exept the “single page” demo, so you need to set him manually, you can go to
wp-admin, then, royal addons => theme builder => single, and select the new one imported, you can check all that you has using the “edit template” option to check if the demo has imported correctly before setting to default template

a better way to evade this issue is removing all templates imported before import a new one, you can do this only if you never touch the templates imported before, so this force to set the new demo imported has default in the “single page”
