Thank you for the link, I’ve had a look and I could see a bunch of errors in the console, now they didn’t really seem related to my plugin, could you try disabling only my plugin and see if it fixes the page?

Let me answer your questions point by point:

I would like to know if it is possible to add a point without attaching a product? because I just needed to put several points on the images, with text and image tooltips.

Indeed, the plugin has a “custom product” feature, meaning that a point doesn’t have to be linked to a product, and you can use the tooltip builder to display whatever image / text you want!

I would like to suggest that you add a page to the menu for adding separate images, and even codes for adding separate pages…

I’m not sure to understand this one, would you mind clarifying it for me?
Do you mean adding an options panel in the dashboard like many other plugins do?

finally, another suggestion I leave is the use in multisite to call the products… I have a blog for the site and one or site just for woocommerce, if there was a multisite option it would be great…

Multisite support is indeed a very good point that I have completely overlooked! I’ll have to check with the WooCommerce API to see if it’s possible ( I guess it is ) and how hard it would be to implement!

Glad to read that you’ve figured out the ctrl/cmd key thing, now I realize that it might not be super instictive at first and that it might look that the new hotspot is simply replacing the previous one.

I’ll try to add a fix where new hotspots are created with a small offset if a hotspot is already at the center which should prevent any confusion!

I had a look at your links ( thank you for writing them! ), and I’m actually not 100% sure what the issue is, my main suspect right now would be the plugin’s cache?

Could you try resetting it? In the plugin settings, performance tab, there should be a “Reset” button in the “Cache” setting!

If you are referring to the “default zoom level” setting, this is also in the pipes, I’m afraid that it won’t be released in 3.1.3 though, as we have to release this important fix asap.
