Hello. Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, there aren’t option to disable the particular directories witch are generated by WC plugins at the Yoast default settings ( Image attached here ).
I’ve started relative topic at Yoast forum but they complained. (Topic here).

Because my site wants to hide vendors information, I am looking to hide directories from sitemaps.

No, it is not generated by Woocommerce Multivendor marketplace, it is generated by WC Multi vendor Marketplace. No there is no option to turn it OFF at the SEO settings.
