@cstina – Some YouTube related WordPress plugins using the []..[/] shortcode format. If you have never seen this, chances are that you are not using such a plugin on your blog.

This is a permissions issues.

You probably don’t have permission to create /write files in that folder. What’s the chmod value of that folder?

The plugin currently scans for youtube URLs in a blog post. So if you have placed the YouTube url inside [tagname]..[/tagname], the plugin should pick up your videos.

I just checked again and it looks like the latest version is listed under “Development version” – how can I make this the current version?
