it’s not a cache problem.
Please let me know where I can find the name of the sidebar used = page ‘events’ is using a different template

Example of code -> ?php if ( is_active_sidebar(‘forums’) ) locate_template( array( ‘sidebar-forums.php’ ), true ) ?>

where is a similar code inside your plugin?

I know but the problem that a sidebar is not shown in my EVENT page

Maybe I need to know where is the file where is defined the sidebar name inside the widget EVENTS MANAGER.

I have not edited the template maybe there is a CSS.

How can I investigate?

Can I have a screenshot to see where the sentence is usually shown so I can check better?

Ok,

any otion to show the sentence “This event does not have a physical location.” also when the dropdown location menu is shown?

That sentence is not shown if the dropdwon setting is enabled.

So my question now are:

1 – how to remove field “Region” ?

2 – any option to show locations fields + drop down menu is a location is already available?

Hello,

I tried with a very small image and I tried also creating an event from admin.
The result is -> featured picture is available but is not shown to public event page.

yes of course it’s show in admin!

do you think the problem is the width of the image?

I have only 1 location created in my admin.

I removed then with CSS display:none

Try to investigated for this issue in your test version.
