    Hi,

If I understand your question correctly, the section below the widget is not actually part of the widget itself. The widget’s background color is inherited from the element in which it is embedded. You might need to adjust the background color of the parent element that contains the widget.

    Hi there,

It seems that the shortcode is not being executed on the homepage. I recommend embedding the Trustindex widget as a Gutenberg block instead. This might resolve the issue.

    Hi,

Yes, it is possible to connect your Google Business Profile to Trustindex without a physical address. To do this, search for your business on Google Maps maps.google.com/maps, then copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. After clicking the “Connect” button, a popup will appear with a ‘Google Business Profile name or location‘ field where you can paste the URL.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hi,

The 500 Internal Server Error is likely caused by a misconfiguration in the web server. The log message “Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects” suggests that the server is encountering a loop of internal redirects, reaching a limit before the request is completed. This usually happens due to incorrect or conflicting redirection rules in the server configuration.

I recommend checking your web server’s configuration, especially the redirection rules (such as those in the .htaccess file), to ensure there are no infinite loops or conflicts. For an Apache server, you can try the following adjustments:

    • LimitInternalRecursion: You can increase this value if needed.
    • LogLevel: Set the log level to debug to get more detailed information about the issue.

For further details on diagnosing this problem, you can refer to this post, which provides useful insights: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error.

    Hi,

The widget you’re trying to translate does not currently support multilingual functionality. It can only display content in a single language. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the widget itself.

With the Pro package, you can create multiple instances of the widget and embed them separately on different pages, which allows you to manually display different languages on each page.

We appreciate your feedback and will consider developing support for translation plugins in the future to enhance multilingual functionality.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out! The error you’re encountering, ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, usually points to issues with the secure connection. Here are some steps to try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, old or corrupt cache files can interfere with loading secure sites. Clearing the cache and cookies in both Firefox and Chrome might resolve the issue.
    2. Check Internet Security Settings: Some security settings or antivirus software might block SSL certificates. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus or firewall to see if it resolves the issue.
    3. Disable Proxy Settings: If you’re using a proxy or VPN, try disabling it to see if that resolves the error.
    4. Clear SSL State:
      • In Windows, go to Control PanelNetwork and InternetInternet OptionsContent tab → Click on “Clear SSL State”.
    5. Check for Server-Side Issues: If none of the above steps help, the problem may be on the server’s end. You can contact the site administrator to confirm if there are any issues with the SSL certificate or server configuration.

Let me know if the issue persists after these steps!

    Best regards,
