I have now succesfully:
– exported the form via tools -> export
– deleted the plugin
– reinstalled the plugin
– activated the plugin

But when go to tools -> import, I don’t where to import the form.

The following options are available in tools import:
Blogger
Blogroll
Categories and Tags Converter
LiveJournal
Movable Type and TypePad
RSS
Tumblr
WordPress

add plugin -> search -> install now (via de plugin page of the dashboard

Yes, I have been able to update all other plugins, except this one.
