Thanks Jan – all sorted now. Appreciate the fast response.
Thanks for the reply Sean.
It occurs whilst using AdGuard in iOS.
I’ve tested in other scenarios and it’s fine.
Thanks for your reply.
I’ll take a look at some of those other options shortly.
Thank you so much for your reply and for the time you spent looking at this.
You’re right – on a simple page (for example my contact page) the pop up works correctly.
I’ve tried playing around with the z-index values of elements on my homepage but I’m unable to get a set up that fixes this issue without causing other unacceptable consequences.
Could you suggest a workaround? Do you support other form providers that would allow me to set up a pop up form that automatically sends the email addresses to MailPoet?
Sure – website is https://winejobs.uk
The form is being blocked on the same page. It appears next to the “Spotlight Job” section. It also happens on the form on the contact page: https://winejobs.uk/contact-us/
How do I privately share my MailPoet email address with you?
I have the same issue. Adguard blocks the form. Hasn’t been an issue with my previous provider Email Octopus.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer not being taken to payment request page (continued)Hi,
- No, I’ve not knowingly switched my Stripe account/keys on this site. Is this something I should try?
- Should I take some action about the leftover customer details in my database?
- I’m unable to replicate the issue myself so when I’ve checked for conflicts it reveals nothing.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hooks in Action Scheduler keep getting stuckHi, I looked at the WP Crontrol plug in as you advised. Please see screenshots. I have a lot of things showing in there but I don’t know what I should be doing from here with them all. Do I just delete them?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer not being taken to payment request pageTest orders have been going through without any issues (this has been the case anyway unfortunately with the issue only happening with live customers apart from one occasion where I managed to replicate it). I’ve tried multiple times to replicate since and no luck.
Theme provider are unable to help, troubleshooting never gets anywhere.
I think for this issue I will have to wait to see if it repeats itself in the real world – I’ve had first time customers successfully make payments over the last week but no returning for the second time customers to see if the issue is still there or not.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hooks in Action Scheduler keep getting stuckThanks I’ll try the local staging step you describe and come back to you.
What’s your thinking behind suggesting moving to WooExpress instead of WooCommerce?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer not being taken to payment request pageHi Pepe, thanks for replying.
I’ve hit a blocker with my other issue in the other thread as flagged in my final comment – my hosting provider doesn’t allow for changing the execution time. Not sure where to go from there tbh.
For the issue in this thread I’ve now set up error logging in Stripe as advised.
As for the web hook, everything was set up correctly as per the guide you provided – the only thing missing was the Webhook Signing Secret. I hadn’t copied that across from the Stripe dashboard to the Woocommerce Account Keys settings.
I’ve now done this and have a green tick next to Webhooks Enabled. https://cln.sh/2h5NGYfN
Could this missing missing signing secret have caused the issue?
