I played around with the setting on WP-Cerber and finally got the WP-Statistics to work with it. I tweak a few settings here and there, and voila! It works. Thanks for the link you provided above.
Reza – I take that back. I just found out that WP-Cerber plugin interferes with the WP-Statistics plugin. Not quite sure why unless it was a recent update on their part.
Reza – Thank you for reaching out. I checked the plugin today and it has started working again. I have done nothing to make that happen. Not sure why they stopped and then started working again, but if it happens again, I will take a screen shot and post it again to the forum. Thank you!
Unfortunately, it is still not working. I have a Google API set up for Page Insights. That allows a screenshot of the website to get pulled into my post. Then, SNAP uses that image to post to FB, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. I am using the PRO version of SNAP. Usually, I can do a clean install of the plugin and it works out of the box once I get the Google API set up. Right now, I have had it working for quite some time on one site. On a new site, the screenshot gets to the post, so I know the Google API is working, but the screenshot does not get sent to FB. All settings between the two sites are the same. If someone wants to contact me, I would be glad to provide credentials so this can be verified.
I am having the same issue since the update last night/today. Working on one site, not on another. All settings are the same between the two.

In reply to: 301 home redirection to newly created pageI had this happen to me tonight. I had to go into the database through PHPAdmin and look at the redirects in the “Redirection” plugin. There was my culprit. Redirecting the home page to another page URL. Once I deleted that, I was good to go again.
If I didn’t have the Redirection plugin installed, it probably wouldn’t have happened.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Problem with APIHow can I get in touch with WordPress support? Seems from the forums that only they can help solve my problem.
I took over a website that was associated with someone else’s API. They used that API for WordPress.com Stats plugin.
I would also like to use that plugin because it would be easy to use for the site owners. However, because the site was already associated with another wordpress API and I can’t get in touch with the previous designer anymore, it won’t work. I’ve checked the forums and apparently someone else had the issue and WordPress support was able to get it resolved.
I need that same kind of help! How can I get it? I’d appreciate any response. Thanks!

In reply to: [Plugin: Network Publisher] Working: HalfwayJust wanted to let everyone know that I love this plugin. One improvement would be if it allowed you to set up the twitter #hashtags for each post. I find that my traffic isn’t as good if I don’t have those #hashtags.
Otherwise, it posts seemlessly to my Twitter and Facebook pages – which I really love!
One most sites, the posting was immediate. One particular site took a little while to get into sync, but is now working great!
Now – let’s add some #hashtags! ??

In reply to: After WP 2.9 Upgrade – Cannot add, edit, or change widgetsThanks, Shane – for the suggestion. However, I have already done that. After the last plugin was reactivated, everything appeared to be working just fine. Then, when I either refreshed the page, opened the site in a new browser window, etc. – I was not able to add new widgets, update any old ones, or change their order. Nothing.

In reply to: EMAIL NOTIFICATION VUNERABILITYNot a problem discussing it in the forum. I don’t like to give out server details, however, in a public forum.
I will check out the other thread.
I was able to solve my own problem and through I would post the fix.
After I had set up the email account that will be used to post to the blog, I logged into my server to set up a cron job.
When you set up a cron job using cpanel, you have to use the absolute path to the wp-mail.php file. Also, (and this is what I didn’t do at first), if you don’t use another program like wget, etc., you have to use the syntax:
php /full/path/to/wp-mail.php
Now it works great! Only thing is, my client’s email appends a disclaimer to the end of the emails, so we have to work on that. ??

I am having problems with this also. When I run the file wp-mail.php via the browser, I have no problem getting the emails to post to the blog.
However, when I set up a cron to run the file, I get this:
/home/sitename/public_html/wp-mail.php: line 1: ?php: No such file or directory
/home/sitename/public_html/wp-mail.php: line 2: syntax error near unexpected tokendirname'
require(dirname(__FILE__) . ‘/wp-config.php’);’
/home/sitename/public_html/wp-mail.php: line 2:Any ideas? This is a very important feature that I need for a particular site.
