Thank you Margaret, I completed the first and third suggestions, and am waiting to hear back from my server on the databases. I do know that they upgraded MySQL servers to 8 recently but I don’t know if that affected anything. I will give these changes a day and see if I notice some activity on the logs – Kay

Thanks for your reply. I have not made any changes to the plugin or databases – do you know what might cause them to need to be repaired, other than these two actions?

Thanks, but you need to make a donation to see the link to the donor dashboard. Is there no way to simply turn it off? I turned it off as advised in the documentation, but the link to it is still on the donation confirmation page. I tried hiding it using CSS, but no luck – Kay

I have the donations working now, but I want to remove the donor dashboard. I tried changing the settings as explained in another post, but the link to Donor Dashboard on the receipt page is still there. I can’t hide it using CSS –
