Hi. I’ve written in but your team member wrote back to say that they can’t edit the link unless it poses a security issue.

I can’t reply her via email so I can only post my reply to her here.

Could you please let her know that to me, this poses a private and confidentiality issue to my business? When I posted the topic in the forum, there was no way for me to send a private message or make some details private and I needed to solve the issue and that is why I had to post the link to my website. Her reason is that removing the link will not help others with the same problem. Since my problem is no longer existing on my website, I don’t see at all how the removal of my website link affects how that post can help others in the forum.

Or could it be that she can’t even spare a minute to edit the link for me or evaluate my request properly? In addition, I paid for the plugin so as to get support for the plugin. I don’t need super premium support but all I ask for is a removal of my website link. Thank you

I know you said I could create tickets as a premium user but I’m not sure how to go about doing that.

In addition, as you were handling my issues earlier, I thought it’s be easier for you to understand my current problem.

Upon upgrading the plugin to the paid version and clicking the “Update now” button that pops up upon activation, my previous photos were converted to the same as the photo reviews created by your plugin.

However, the new reviews that I just put up are back to the previous photos where I had to click twice to close them. Could you help me take a look please?

Also is there a way I can post my link in a private message? My very first message in this thread has got my website link too. Could you kindly remove it too due to P&C concerns? Thanks!

“The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.”

Also, the demo link that you gave does not contain any photo reviews so I can’t tell how the images can be closed with just one click.

Hi. Thanks for getting back. I’ve installed the AJAX plugin but the problem is still the same. For the purge cache plugin, do you have any to recommend? I currently have WP Optimize is that what you mean by purge cache plugin?
