Good Morning. We have recently installed this paid version of this plugin on our website. I have already subscribed via gravity forms stripe also. We would like to cancel when a subscriber wants to cancel their subscriptions by their own. It shows all the subscriptions. But when I click ‘Cancel’ it is not working and the plan is still active. Please advise how to resolve this issue. I have contacted the support team ([email protected]) via many emails. But still, we are not receiving any emails from the support team. Please advise what we can do next.
