PoseLab, I have found it out. The problem is another plugin (Dynamic Content Gallery).

When I am on the home page, it doesn’t work because the home page has a photo gallery. When I navigate to internal pages, it works, because these pages don’t have photo gallery.

Well, then I can’t use it in the home page :\

It worked here!

Now, when I click the thumbnail, it opens a new tab and shows the video in YouTube.
