In reply to: Hide featured image on selected postsNot quite hide altogether, just on the full Post page. It would still show as a thumbnail image on the blog and through other post preview applications.

In reply to: Is there a list for most stable WP theme?I’ll look into Genesis (I find paid themes of better value in the end). Thanks for that lead, JeffLarish.

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] Just asks "Are you sure"I’m having the same issue as steve729. When I clone a Page it just asks “Are you sure” and “try again”. When I click “try again” and go to my Page list, there isn’t a duplicate of it. Am I doing something wrong?
Also, I went through previous posts as darkhorse20 suggested, and couldn’t find any posts on this matter.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce] It's a fine pluginHi Yamidemichaos,
If you have a moment, I’d like to get your personal feedback on the WooCommerce POS plugin and how it’s been working for you since you’ve installed it.

In reply to: [Custom Content Type Manager] PDF file link as Custom Content Type fieldI was able to figure out the some of the problem after all. The Custom Field was position low on the Content Types template. And when you select either a Media or an Image, the right sidebar disappears, making it impossible to click the Publish or Update button on the top. I re-positioned the Custom Field to be closer to the top of the page, so now I can reach the Publish/Update button, which then activates the Custom Field. HOWEVER, this really isn’t a great solution. I’m wondering if anyone has had the disappearing scroll bars using said Custom Fields?

In reply to: [Custom Content Type Manager] PDF file link as Custom Content Type fieldI did go back to the “View Sample Templates” to pick up the correct code, which is supposed to be this:
<img src=”<?php print_custom_field(‘trip_preparation_guide:to_image_src’); ?>” />But I’m still unable to get the filed to save in my Custom Post.

In reply to: [Custom Content Type Manager] Broken after moving from local host. After Googling the above issue, I came across this old Forum thread. Your instructions, though a little detailed, didn’t work for me until I cleared my cache on the new site, before importing the file again. So, for those who may be reading this, visit the above link for details. Here’s the short version:
On the original site, go to the Tools tab of the CCTM and clear the cache.
2. Go to the CCTM’s Tool’s menu and Export the definition.
3. Migrate your WordPress files and database as per usual.
4. On the new site, revisit the CCTM’s Tool tab and Import the CCTM .json definition file created on step 1. (Without directory scans being cached, then PHP should rescan your directories and re-calculate the paths to your various files.) IF THIS DOES NOT WORK (you still can’t edit your custom post or view any Custom Fields or Global Settings), then…
5. Clear the cache on the new site and then import the .json file again. Be sure that after the file is uploaded, that you check the box next to the Definition you want (Import > Manage Library), click “Preview” and then click “Activate.”Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Custom Content Type Manager] Broken after moving from local host.Oh, and to clarify, When I do check the definition file I want to activate and am in Preview, I see the Activation button. Even when it’s pressed (I then notice a uploaded successfully message) nothing changes.
Thanks again,

In reply to: [Custom Content Type Manager] taxonomiesI found the forum thread you replied to on the Simple Taxonomy plugin. That seems to have done the trick for me. So, unless you can recommend something else to do here, I think this issue is resolved.

In reply to: [Custom Content Type Manager] List by CategoryAfter delving into your (really helpful) video tutorial, I found that the Category option is available through the shortcode mechanism activated in the styling options of a Page or Post. I applied it like this (which includes the Post Excerpt):
[summarize_posts post_type="itineraries" taxonomy="category" taxonomy_term="tibet" ] <li><a href="[+permalink+]">[+post_title+]</a>[+post_excerpt+]</li> [/summarize_posts]
