I also faced this problem. Opps! The htaccess file is not writable. I am not too sure the issue, but my solution is just to Deactivate the SiteGround Optimizer plugin which I installed and it is writable now. This is a nice program but my concern is I can still save the images using Screen Capture Program. Hope this helps.

I used cPanel phpMyAdmin and click the search menu and key in Example with percent in front and back like %https://abcshop.com% and found there are alot of them which were not changed. Guess I have to pay. Thank you.
