Apparently this is due to the fact that the plugin settings are not deleted! I will try to remove them using phpMyAdmin. But this is a plugin glitch anyway!

The enable / disable plugin button when the plugin is active does not work.

I downloaded the plugin and uninstalled it again – now the lock remains hanging. Maybe it will disappear in a few days.
