I copied the short code from the dashboard settings panel and that works.

Still don’t see the icons in the mobile menu items, but that is not very important.

The visual sitemap page is not in any menu and is displayed.

OK, that makes the map appear on the page: https://psian.org/visual-site-map/

However, adding the Menu option changed nothing. As you can see the various site maps have no relationship to the menu of pages. Some of the displayed pages are not in any menu. The resulting sitemap is the same regardless of the specified Menu, there is no indenting and it looks nothing like the screenshot displayed in the plugin Detail Description.

Does not accept a “space” in the menu name. Not sure why error message has two “” together.

WP_DEGUG did not show anything.
Plugin Inspector shows a number of potential plugin issues, but most do.
Frustrating.

Any suggestions for how I can identify the problem?

Hi,

The ugly Products and missing collections page made me think there were theme issues.

It is now using an old standby I trust, the twwentyseventeen child theme.

So the products page looks good, there is still no collection by Larry page and the sync still fails.

Next I will try to create a WP_DEBUG_LOG.

Hi,
Since I have never used Shopify, I decided to gave it a try.

Added a set of products titled “… By Larry” and created a “Collection by Larry”.

The collection title was added to the page but there is no page for

So maybe that needs to be manually created? I tried but there was noway to add /collection/ as a parent. Since to resides /collections/ this page must need to be created by Shopify?

Then did a resync.
My products were added to the Products page with no changes to the image size so very messy.

Did I really need to resycnc? I got the collection image added to the collection page, but not another newly added product called “Woodshop by Larry” even though my previously created products “By Larry” were added.

Hi,

So I changed the number of products/page to 20 and https://mcbrady-mcmahon.us/products/ does change to reflect this. So this page is being generated by WP-Shopify.

How can there be a product on a Page w/o a working sync or products listed in the Shopify Products tab?

The page with images is poorly laid out as the images are not the same size even though 70×70 has been set for the image size.

Hi.

I deleted the exiting Shopify APP and recreated it using the doc article.
None of the products had been available to a Sales Channel or APP, so I made them available to all sales channels and the newly created APP.
There are no collection, maybe that causes a problem?
I updated the APP info in the Shopify Plugin settings.
I reviewed these for R/W:
Product Information
Customer details and customer groups
Orders, transactions and fulfillments
Price rules
Products, variants and collections
However, there is no “Price Rules”. This is RW:
Discounts – PriceRule REST and GraphQL API
read_price_rules, write_price_rules

Tried changes to sync Type Lite or Post and just get fewer 413s under lite.

No change, still the 413 error.

The products and collections pages must be created by by the plugin?
There is a https://mcbrady-mcmahon.us/products/ page with some items, but no products of collections data listed under the dashboard shopify tab. Not clear to me what is going on. Will talk to my client about the site activities..

I increased some of the php limits. Working on upgrade to php 7.3. Just need the wp sql extension.

Reviewed some Security settings. Allowed access to xmlrpc.php.
Some other tweaks, but nothing yet.

Just to be clear, the 413 Error did not go away after making those adjustments, which I had tried b4 as they are part of your troubleshooting documentation.
