In reply to: [ShopWP] Sync Failed with errors: 413 errorHi,
Some of the titles are a bit long:
MORSE MODEL 24 CLAMP+GO DOLLY HANDLE (PATENTED DESIGN), DETACHABLE & ADJUSTS FOR 2″ TO 3″ DRUM DOLLY SIDEWALL. US Patent # US8424886But the descriptions seem short or blank and not many images have been addded yet.

In reply to: [ShopWP] Sync Failed with errors: 413 errorHi,
No problem, it is a holiday weekend.
I set the items per request to twenty. Sync requests is on. Then tried 10 items.
The error persists.I did not set up shopify, so I have no idea how long the descriptions are but will check.

In reply to: [ShopWP] Sync Failed with errors: 413 errorHi, Well the PHP Checker says Shopify is to be to check. So I tried using PHP 5.6 and 7.0, but still get the error so I went back to 7.2.
I tracked line numbers for these errors to this code for each of the failures:
if ( $this->expired_from_server_issues($items, __METHOD__, __LINE__) ) {
return; This made me think it was an SSL or firewall issue, but my SSL is working just fine.
I can’t add “.myshopify.com” to my firewall, but I did add 23.227.38.65 which made no difference. Not really sure what IP address, but I tried this one even though the Connect indicator is green in the Shopify Connection screen. If you could just tell me if there is a config setting that can be used to temporarily permit this too work. Just what setting is too small/low for this to complete?

In reply to: [PHP Compatibility Checker] Plugin Too Large To ScanHi,
It says the plugin was too large to scan. Is this a file size or time issue? Is there a PHP setting to help resolve this?
Could it be max_execution_time?
Mine is set to 6000.I suppose I could set it to 12000 and see what happens. Any recommendations??

In reply to: [ShopWP] Sync Failed with errors: 413 errorHi,
In the readme.txt says “Requires PHP: 5.6”.
The min requirement listing says “PHP 5.6 or greater”Is anyone else using PHP 7.2?
Maybe I will try the PHP compatibility checker.

In reply to: [ShopWP] Sync Failed with errors: 413 errorHi,
I wish the message “data is too large for your server” with line numbers I can’t look up was more helpful in determining what limit was encountered. The 413 error is not a shopify error, it is coming from the plugin.
Here are some config details:
https://mcbrady-mcmahon.us/phpinfo.php
PHP 7.2
WP 5.3.2
max_execution_time 6000
max_file_uploads 20
post_max_size 500M
memory_limit 2000M
upload_max_filesize 128M
NginX 512M
apache/PHP max size 128M
Connection Green, no firewall issues.
WP disk space allowed is “unlimited” with some 12G available. So what config setting is too small?

In reply to: [ShopWP] Sync Failed with errors: 413 errorI should add that my hosting support reviewed the server reqs too and could find no issue.

In reply to: [Twenty Seventeen] Remove lines before and after contentHi,
Yes, I got it fixed. The menu had a border. Odd that the Appearence>color>custom does not work, but light and dark made the border stand out. Similar issue for the footer. This is not a new project, but a subdomain for a TwentySeventeen theme site. Not much desire to convert to twentynineteen as I did not much care for it. I but have not looked at twenty twenty.
Now I see that the mobile site header is not adjusting. Maybe I will look into twenty twenty.

In reply to: [Twenty Seventeen] Missing HomepageHi,
This happened to me also. Try saving your permalinks; *not* changing them just do a save.

For my part, I deleted the NG plugin folder to recover the site, deactivated all plugins and installed installed new.
The error persists.Regards,
LarryHi,
Please note that the error was *not* resolved by going back to PHP 5.6.38 and reinstalling the latest NextGen Gallery plugin.
Because the update to the Nexgen Gallery plugin is directly related to the outage, I don’t think PHP 7.2.12 needs to be repaired. I could be wrong, but until I learn otherwise this issue belongs to the NextGen Gallery update.
Is there a way to get back to the Nextgen Gallery V 3.0.16?
