I also have this issue. Only my logged in customers’ emails are being tracked and past onto my workflows.
We have tested with subscribed customers as well and the email address is not being tracked if they are not logged into our Woocommerce store. Only logged in customers get tracked.
This surely can’t be how the Sendinblue Abandoned Cart workflow is designed to work?
We have Mailchimp on our other stores and even non subscribed and logged out customers get tracked when inserting their email addresses at the Checkout page and then are able to receive Abandoned Cart workflow emails.
@SendinblueSupport, Please let us know whether there is a problem with our Sendinblue tracking code or cookies that are not being saved? If so, please may the technical team provide a fix?

When adding product/line items to a manual order the stock gets reduced instantly but when the browser is closed intentionally or unexpectadly the stock is not increased automatically and manaul increasing of stock is required.
This is actually a MASSIVE problem as Shop Administrators/Managers can intentionally reduce the stock by knowing they can reduce the stock like this without anyone noticing, which obviously is a big security risk (as theft etc. can occur).
Ideally no stock must be reduced when the order is not yet created.
Hi @phillipwoo , you are referring to another problem whereby stock for CANCELLED orders were not automatically increased, however this has been resolved already in the latest version of WooCommerce.
Please may you look into this for us?

RudiI have been getting this error since version 2.1.12. I have tested this on different hosts and 2 different sites altogether and issue still persists. Below is error:
“Mailchimp says: API Request Error – cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

Thanks so so much Julien, your temp workaround fix it for me! Hope they can fix it in version 2.1.14 as the the version 2.1.13 which was released less than a day ago doesn’t have this bug fixed yet.
Hi,
I also have this error now after I tried to resync my site with Mailchimp due to products that were not kept in sync with the previous Mailchimp API key. Now I am left with this error even after I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it.
Is there a fix for this as yet?
