Everything works fine with WP 4.4 and version 1.0.4 of the plugin.

Sorry, cannot duplicate your issues. I am running WP 4.4 and version 1.0.4; both of the plugin shortcodes work perfectly for me.

lwoods – you are correct about the shortcode….However, the widget will not show the actual “end date”. Currently, it will only show the start date for the event.

Example: Event is from February 1, 2016 – February 5, 2016
Widget will only show “February 1, 2016” and/or time; then the description below it.

The fix above will show “February 1, 2016-February 5, 2016” in the actual widget and the description below it.

Nevermind — there were two lines, not one, in wpdm-functions.php I had to modify with the new template. Everything is working great now. Thank you.

Thanks. The [wpdm-all-packages] gives me the correct link, but not the panel display.

Adding a new template with the [page_url] did not work. I needed to add it to the selections in wpdm-functions.php. Is there any other php files I need to add my template to?

Verified. Genesis 2.2.5 fixed the page layout issue. Closing this topic

I hope it is fixed. Their change log for 2.2.4 stated:
“Make posts page (when static homepage selected) honor selected page layout.”

I manage about 20 WordPress sites. I only upgraded the one site and found this issue. So I immediately FTP’d the genesis theme on the other sites (which is version 2.2.3) and zipped it. I then uploaded that to the site with 2.2.4 and it resolved all my issues.

Nevermind. Found out that the parameter download_link=1 actually needs to be download_link=”1″. Putting the quotes around the number one resolved the issue. The docs on the website page need to correct this:

WP-Filebase Settings–>File Browser; select your sort order for Categories and Files.

I personally used the “file_custom_cf1:Custom1” field (there is a 2 as well) so that can manually order my sort. I use 3 digit numbers such as 001, 020, 300, 875, etc… because on my one site I do not have more than 1,000 files. However, on my other site I have over 50,000 files and am struggling since this plugin broke with WordPress 4.2.2.

It should be using what is in the title; that is the default template. Click on the WP-Filebase menu, click Files and then select a file to edit. At the top, the “File URL” shows the actual file name. The “Title” field is what is displayed in the file browser and the download icons.

Modify the template. They show you how to do this on their home page. You can also copy the template and make a dummy one for testing.

You need to make a flow chart of your categories. You have a few that are looping each other.

Check the Options page and make sure the “Prevent users from adding or editing expired events” is unchecked.

Also look at your page in text mode and make sure that there is nothing before or after the shortcode of [calendar]

If you will use the “start” shortcode, the old events will not show.
