Hi @tripsoverpoland –
I tested the Jetpack Tiled Gallery feature using an older theme:
I then switched to Twenty Twenty-Five and I did not get the block error when opening the post:
I suspect the issue here might be a plugin error. Please try disabling all plugins other than Jetpack and then try again. If the issue goes away, you will know it was one of your plugins. At that point, you would want to toggle them on, testing after each one, until you find the one that is responsible for the issue.
Let us know what you find out.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] 4 PROBLEMES CRITIQUESHi @madonna23 –
We currently provide support in English. For now, I’ll be replying in English. You’re welcome to continue in English or I can enter your message into Google Translate, if you’d prefer.
Can you share a screenshot showing where your Site Health references Jetpack? We’re happy to help with issues related to Jetpack but other issues (like the PHP issue that you reference in your message), will need to be addressed by your hosting provider.
You are welcome. If you have additional questions about or issues regarding Jetpack, feel free to post a new thread.
HI @rfischmann –
Thanks for reporting this. I confirmed the behavior and made an issue in our GitHub repository for our development team to take a look at this:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/40230
We’ll handle this on that issue, feel free to follow the issue or otherwise respond on the issue if I missed something when describing the issue.
Since we will handle this on GitHub, I am going to mark this forum thread as resolved.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Cache size increaseHi @madflute –
Can you try manually running the garbage collection? You can use a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/
Does it work when triggered manually?
Hi @litp –
Yes, the
200
entries are normal traffic.Regarding the
523
errors, those are related to Cloudflare. Those generally need to be resolved with Cloudflare. They have instructions here:Hi @satishraj19 –
We’re happy to look into this.
Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Commentars cacheHi @torren1112 –
I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if needed in the future.
Hi @litp –
Could you provide us with a screenshot (or better yet plaintext) showing the 500 errors specifically and the references to Jetpack? In your most recent screenshot, it has logs from several different things and the only reference to Jetpack is a
200
. I don’t see any references to the/wp-json/wpcom/v2/memberships/status?source=gutenberg
from your first post.Once we have that information, we can take another look and escalate to our development team if needed.
Hi @jmllr89 –
To make sure we understand, you installed the Jetpack plugin, and you are now being directed to a screen that is malicious. Is this correct?
Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? You can send a screenshot using these instructions. I wasn’t able to determine the issue with the URL that you shared when you posted.
Hi @severian5it –
I have confirmed that your website meets our non-commercial definition and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records.
To use Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites, please follow the flow on this page to certify that your site is non-commercial:
https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase
- Check the boxes that apply to your site which make it non-commercial
- You will be given the opportunity to make a contribution toward the service if you would like.
Let us know if you have other questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help!
Hi @thadk –
Unfortunately, there isn’t a setting in Jetpack to define the size of images in the carousel. We’d suggest instead that you resize images of before uploading them to your site and using them in the carousel.
Hi @litp –
Can you share a recent example of the errors? How frequently are they coming in?
Hi @yvocaro –
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’ll pass it along to our product team.
One thing you might consider here is replacing your Jetpack Personal subscription with our Jetpack Complete bundle. Jetpack Complete includes the ability to use Jetpack Stats on a site that we classify as commercial (up to 100k views per month).
Hi @juliethorpe2021 –
When we test the connection to your site via the
xmlrpc.php
file, we’re seeing a 403 Error. This indicates that something on your site or server is blocking our requests.I’d ?suggest ?checking if ?you ?have ?any? security ?plugins ?activated that? might? be? blocking? our requests.? If ?not, ?try ?contacting ?your ?hosting ?provider ?and ?asking ?them? to ?check? their ?security ?logs ?to ?see ?if ?they ?are ?blocking? or ?otherwise ?limiting ?incoming ?and ?outgoing? connections ?over ?XML-RPC.?
Jetpack? uses? this ?file ?to? communicate ?with ?your ?site, ?but ?some ?hosts ?block? connection ?requests ?to ?that ?file.
Our? requests ?look ?like ?the ?following:
- ?File:? ?http-//your-site.com/xmlrpc.php?
-? User-agent?header:? Jetpack ?by ?WordPress.com
-? IPs: ?https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/
Please ?ask ?them? to ?allowlist ?the ?IP ?addresses? listed? above. ?Note? that ?these ?IP ?addresses ?could? change ?(or ?more ?could ?be? added)? at ?any ?time,? which? could? break? your? connection ?to ?Jetpack. ?For ?this? reason, ?we ?actually ?discourage ?allowing ?specific ?IPs, ?although ?with? some? hosts ?it ?may ?be ?the? only ?option.
Let ?us ?know ?how? that ?goes.
