I have the same issue. Being sending a newsletter in test mode or regular mode and is not sending it. Did you ever received help? Because their page says nothing and offers no solution at all.

Thanks, I found a forum about the problem that stated may had been Go Daddy’s server related. I contacted them. They said it was a plugin but I have reactivate even more plugins than I had before and have no issues. So it was a server issue. Thanks a lot for your help. I solved it with them. ??

It was that All In One does not work good in the GoDaddy hosting. It solved as soon as I removed the plug in. Thanks for trying to help.

Just in case anyone experiences this problem, open your ftp with filezilla and access the htaccess file that way. It would definitely resolve the issue if you delete the redirect line in the htaccess file.

Hi Mr Twofiq. i posted the single.php here in full. You insist in me posting it public somewhere else without informing me of the risks of such action. You have the information requested in my previous post and no, I haven’t altered the single phph. As a matter of fect, I’m using a child theme with only 2 files. Stylesheet.css and functions php. Are you really trying to help me or attemting to hack my page? Because if you where really trying to help me, the information you need is right here in my th post. The complete single php file from your main asteria theme I copied. Though again, I’m using a child theme. Will not post anywhere else since I tried and you say you can’t see it. Will not publish public since I do not know which risks or harm some bored person could do to my site with that information. Please tell me how to be able to use my sidebars on posts only. Thanks again for your help and support.

After the update, they fotter is working. Now I’m only missing the sidebars. Is there a possibility that the theme is not prepared for other social widgets? Or not compatible with Jetpack? Can you please verify that? The post pages are supposed to have the sidebar. Is many pages. an example of one is:
