Hi, Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I should have said that I knew about the Debug config as you describe but the only two items which are selected are minify and reverse proxy and they are greyed out and unable to be altered – I cannot remove the tick from their boxes. I assumed this was a standard, default thing so I didn’t mention it in my first post.

On our site – https://www.hanwellwine.co.uk/ – we use the YITH Woocommerce Gift Cards plugin to sell monetary gift vouchers (e.g: https://www.hanwellwine.co.uk/product/gift-evoucher-50/)and we use the YITH Woocommerce Product Add-Ons plugin to sell this product: https://www.hanwellwine.co.uk/product/adopt-vine-gift-package/

We do not use the 2 plugins on any one product, just for different products.

Thanks for your reply.
I have now done as you suggested and I have discovered that the plugin which is causing the incompatibility is actually one of your other plugins – the YITH Woocommerce Product Add-Ons!
So, when that plugin is disabled, the YITH Woocommerce Gift Cards works perfectly.
Please can you advise me what to do next as ideally I’d like to continue using both.
