Yes unfortunately I am still having the issue. I have also been emailing with that address for weeks. I’m highly disappointed by your customer service. I sent my first email one month ago. I’ve waited weeks between correspondences and was told at one point the issue was fixed, only to find out it was not. Given that it took three weeks to get a response here, I don’t have high hopes. I’d love to have my mind changed, but at this point I’m seriously considering using a different service.
