Yes, once you install it your control panel becomes yoursite.com/wp-admin, instead of going to wordpress.com and logging in. It’s just like going to your website, which can be accessed by any computer.

It’s not different at all really. I didn’t know they were different until I read it on the site after I had installed it.

If you want, you can go to your ftp/file editor and delete all of the wordpress files, it would be the same as “uninstalling” it, but you’d lose content too. Most hosts have a script and they basically install it for you. I’m not sure if GoDaddy does though. I bought my domain through them, then got hosted at BlueHost instead..
