The setting to hide courses from woocommerce’s shop page was already turned on. I still have to manually hide the listings on the woocommerce side. And somehow I’ve still got people finding the hidden listings and purchasing without an account.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Avoid this PluginI appreciate your response. However, I have no intention of staying with Tutor LMS, even if you eventually do get it fixed and stabilized. The errors in your plugin have cost my business thousands in sales. There have been so many errors on my website over the last several months. I’ve never had to deal with so many things going wrong, and they were always fixed by disabling Tutor. I paid for an LMS system. I did not sign up to be a plugin tester. In my 14 years in business, I have never seen a plugin released that was that unstable. I’m glad you’re fixing it, but it shouldn’t have happened to begin with, and I don’t appreciate that kind of treatment. I can tolerate a few bugs here and there, that happens with every plugin. But this was outrageous. I’m afraid your company has lost my trust. I truly hope you can improve it for the sake of your other customers and their businesses.
Hello,
I appreciate the recommendation. But perhaps I wasn’t being very clear. The description on that plugin says that it auto-completes “virtual” orders, but it’s both my “downloadable” and “virtual” orders being affected. The function to auto-complete downloadable orders that is already built into Woocommerce was working perfectly on my website for years before the 2.0 Tutor LMS update – without the need for an extra plugin. Now I am having to manually complete all orders for virtual and downloadable products, not just those attached to Tutor courses. All of my testing with plugins and themes points to it to being an issue with the Tutor LMS plugin since the 2.0 update. Adding yet another plugin to my website to fix something that the Tutor LMS plugin seems to be interfering with is a disappointing solution. Will you investigate what the cause could be? Will this be added to a list of problems to fix for a future update? Until then, I think I’m just going to downgrade to 1.9.16. That version worked just fine with Woocommerce… without requiring another plugin.
