I had similar problem when I was using multisite language switcher 2.4.something with msls menu. When I updated to 2.4.5 there were fields, but li tag did nothing. I solved the problem using multisite language switcher 2.3.0 with msls menu to configure and save settings. After that I could update to 2.4.5. So now everything is working but I can’t change settings, cause then I’m facing the same problem again.
