@megamenu sorry for the late reply. I’m not using that plugin. Don’t think I ever installed it. When I de-activate the megamenu those errors are gone.

EDIT: never mind. It seems like the error is gone after I re-activated the megamenu plugin. I think it’s working now.

@megamenu I have the same issue, I don’t use Bluehost. And it’s with the Twenty Twenty-Three theme. I get this error:

Hi Thanks for trying. I resolved it by deleting the WordPress install and re-install again. It worked on the newer install. It was faster than finding out what went wrong…

I thought it meant don’t update the existing records that are in the file. Anyways I did select update existing records to try and then nothing happened or it was taking a very long time. Eventually I couldn’t use the plugin.

Yes, it gives a warning for all the existing users. I did not want to update those.

Fixed it, it was a combination of this and the multi currency plugin.

Hi Nick, Thanks for replying. In the meantime I think I’ve figured it out. I’m using YITH Infinite Scrolling, I think it’s the one that continues loading the rest of the products.

Thank you Allan. I deleted the 500.php file already. But the problem is still there. I’ve gone through that article already too. I’ll try one of the other plugins. Since things work and not work with renaming the htaccess file would the problem be in there?

@deip, yes they are. I just updated my test page with some individual PDF’s that should appear in the categories.
