I found that it is login page that have this problem. Others like registration, reset password page have no such problem.

So what is actually wrong? Anyone?

Solved the problem myself. It is not the plugin’s fault. I suspected it is my website’s cache problem, and I have looked everywhere for solution, then I went to this website:

https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/recommended-wordpress-plugins/clearing-cache-in-wordpress

and saw MrHappy’s comment to try this:

https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

I went there, put in the website link that has the sharing error, saw some warnings, then I clicked the button ‘fetch new scrape information’, and voila! Problem solved.

Hope this can help others.
