I had faced the same problem earlier. just install This plugin . create one accout there and you will be good to go

i thoought that was free but not problem i will buy that and one more questioin can we add discription to the images we can upload ?

i have already tried deactivating all the plugins i have being using.
and i am using BeTheme for my site

Actually the site i am working on is selling fruits online. so some fruits are not available in some cities. their head office is form delhi and they want to deliver fruits to other cities. so for delhi they wantprice lets say 500rs and for other cities they want 700rs. i suggested them that they should add extra delivery charge for that but the client says no they want different price based on cities.

product price based on cities.
for example in India if the selected city is Mumbai then price 1000
if the selected city is Delhi price 1200
