In reply to: [Redirection] Too many redirects error /my-accountI get this problem when there is an update to this plugin.
I’ve found that flushing my permalinks solves it.
Perhaps the plugin author can add an obvious ‘Flush Permalinks’ message to the main settings page when he next updates?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Social Media Auto Publish] URGENT!! SMAP NO LONGER PUBLISHING TO FACEBOOKSome of us have been asking for ages about this change to Facebooks procedures and how to proceed without a resolution.
This plugin just became quite useless for most of its users.
I also have the same question (my auto publish is to a Facebook page).
The process Facebook requires doesn’t seem to match with what was set up originally.Selecting the obvious option of ‘Publishes content to Facebook automatically’ give the message:’Apps won’t be approved for this use of publish_pages. To be approved, apps must follow our review criteria and the guidelines for using publish_pages’.
Furthermore it asks for detailed sets by step instructions for the Facebook review team and also a screencast to show what the app is doing (a walkthrough).
The loss of auto publish to Facebook will (for me and many others), make the Social Media Auto Publish plugin irrelevant so please provide us with assistance so that we can continue to use this great plugin.
Thank you

In reply to: [Social Media Auto Publish] Auto Publish Turns OffHi and thanks.
I understand that the post won’t auto publish until the post has published, but thats not what I meant.
Currently my setting is set to default ‘Yes’ to automatically publish to social media. When a user submits a post for review, the options are set to yes, but when the post is checked before being published, the options for auto publish are set to ‘No’ and have to be manually changed back to ‘Yes’.
Is this a bug? If the option is set to ‘Yes’ when submitted for review, should the option not still be ‘Yes’ when it is checked and published?

In reply to: Disable ‘Submit’ After Post Set To ‘Pending’Thanks but it’s a theme I’m amending myself. Do you know if there is any documentation relating to it?

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Small Screen SizeHi and thanks for replying. Initially I had tried a few times to submit a ticket directly but because I wasn’t the theme author I wasn’t getting a response. Eventually the theme author made the correction in the theme.
Hi,
Also having the same problem.
Everything in the FB app is set to public but only I can see the posts.
This is a big problem and this was the only free plugin that did what I wanted.
I’ll have to buy a different premium plugin to replace it now.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Drop Menu Pipe Not Working |Thanks but I’m still having problems with sending.
Please can you post a screen shot of a correctly filled out mail tab using the drop down menu / Pipe feature?Hi. This seems to occur when a holding page is in place. I guess it blocks the connection to/from JetPack

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] White screen after signing inUpdate:
In Settings>Access Control>Reports it says that leaving the Capability blank will allow all roles access to reports but actually it removes the reports from all users instead. If I add Capability ‘read’, admins can see reports, no other user can log in at all (white screen). Its the same if I change the Capability to anything other than an admin capability. If I turn ‘Restrict Authors’ off, everyone can log in and see everything – But I don’t want my authors seeing stats that aren’t theres (the main reason I chose this plugin was for that feature).
