Reviving this thread since I have experienced similar issues with 2 of the 3 items mentioned from the op.

2. I currently have version 1.3.2 installed because when I tried to install the last two major updates, the price display completely changed. I have the white price on red background currently set for prices, but the update removes that formatting and leaves the prices black on white with a gap between the currency symbol and the first digit of the price.
3. The display order of my menu items ignores the order number I set for each item, and only adds new items at the bottom of the list in the order I posted them. For example, the five items most recently added tonight under Vegan & Vegetarian are not sorted in the list according to the menu item order number.
Love RestaurantPress, and just need these two items resolved to make it a perfect menu display system.
