In reply to: [Tinypass] Update 4.0.2?Hi Vadim,
Tinypass is working on an update to its WordPress plugin. That being said, the current plugin works just fine. You can read about how to install it and configure it in the Publisher Guide: https://publisher.tinypass.com/guide/archives/documentation/wordpress-plugin
Thanks,

In reply to: [Tinypass] TinyPass Category PagesHi DMTZ87,
Great question!
If I understand correctly, you want your site visitors to see a category page without seeing a pop-up curtain. You can easily to do this from your account at https://dashboard.tinypass.com/publisher/paywall
Simply go to “Always Exclude these URLs” and add the relative path of the category. For example, if your category is https://www.example.com/category, just add “/category” to that field. Articles will still be blocked beyond that, but the category page won’t show the paywall.
Documentation about the feature is in the “Price Editor” section of this page in Tinypass’ Publisher Guide: https://publisher.tinypass.com/guide/archives/documentation/paywall
Best wishes,

In reply to: [Tinypass] Restricted content visible in page sourceErik,
There is a trade off between ease of installation and security. If you need higher security, please consider using Tinypass’ WordPress plugin v2, here: https://developer.tinypass.com/main/wordpressThanks,

In reply to: [Tinypass] tinypass popup displays after page is loaded.Chris,
We are sorry you are experiencing a delay in the loading. This may be due to a slow internet connection. The Tinypass plugin works by using the tag to insert a line of Javascript into your post. If you want the paywall script to run earlier during the page-load, you can do that by placing the JS code high up in the page, immediately after the <head> line. However, that means you cannot use the plugin, you must copy and paste the Embed Code from your https://dashboard.tinypass.com into your header.php (Appearance>Editor>Right-hand margin>header.php). Does that help?

In reply to: [Tinypass] Protect media filesChris,
Sometime this week Tinypass will be releasing some new features enabling “pay per download” functionality. Publishers will be able to upload individual files and present them for sale using the Tinypass API or a simple Sale Page. You can see examples of the Sale Page here: https://qa.tinypass.com:8888/download?did=Drjvee2
https://qa.tinypass.com:8888/download?did=Dgwc08r
https://qa.tinypass.com:8888/download?did=Doc9h0rDoes that seem like it will solve your problem?

In reply to: [Tinypass] Has this plugin been abandoned?Hi Creative Dan!
Welcome to Tinypass! We are glad to have you. We have definitely not abandoned WordPress. In fact, we updated the plugin on Feb 13, 2014. I am not sure why that is not reflected on the WordPress site:https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tinypass/. It is compatible with the newest WordPress versions. You can always contact us if you have issues at [email protected] Thanks, Luke https://tinypass.comForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tinypass] Invalid header@gourmetbooks – thanks for pointing this out. Tinypass has fixed the “invlaid header” issue.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Tinypass] Invalid headerI will ask Tinypass developers if they can fix it. In the meantime, you can just ignore that error. It doesn’t affect anything. Tinypass works just fine.
Can I ask you Gourmetbooks – in regard to your other suggestion to make a big blue dashboard button: Where in the plugin do you think it makes the most sense to have that??
Thanks!
