You can also edit the schema.org and Google Structured Data markup for any recipe in Simmer by creating a custom recipe.php and recipe-shortcode.php in your active theme. To test Simmer Pro 1.1, run any blog update from our demo for this plugin at https://pro.simmerwp.com through Google’s testing tool to find the correct image="itemprop" added to featured recipe image. What you are finding in the demo site is a recent development with the Twenty Seventeen theme, which Simmer is currently developing a free plugin only for license customers whose theme requires it. WordPress themes that use a large, featured image, usually responsive, and set outside the loop, require an added display of the recipe image inside the loop for Google to recognize it. Pinterest does not have this requirement for their ingredient data and shopping list, and most other implementations of schema.org do not.

This requires a custom plugin coded for your theme and individual WordPress application with our API. Please contact [email protected] for further assistance in engineering. The <url> tag does not exist in HTML, only <a>.

@techhouse, it sounds like you are experiencing other, additional plugin conflicts than related to this specific bug report, or issues with your server.

The latest version of this plugin works in multiple environments with multiple themes on WordPress 4.7.2.

Could you report what plugins you have activated and any other details beyond the update that exist when you experience this bug in a new request to [email protected]?

As mentioned, this bug applies only to the items API when both bulk and individual items have been added, *and* are re-ordered once or more. It does not occur if items are individually added, if items are only added through the bulk editor, or if items from both types of groups are never re-ordered.

We are tracking this bug in an issue in our private Github repo development, and please contact [email protected] if you would ever like to join active development and submit a pull request for this open source plugin.
