Option for a product with multiple sizes?

Is there Expectation for adding the functionality of options for Sizes? Option to create a Small, Medium and Large Product, or example 500g 700g 900g with calls to the respective Values.
Today in the tests, I have created a Product of each Size, or INSERTED – Additional – adding Values, it has worked, but it is not “PRODUCTIVE”. I would like to leave the Suggestion.
