  • We are a non-profit that worked very hard to get our website to a great place. We recruit tutors to help adults who are struggling with basic skills of reading and writing in English. It is now all over. I am the webmaster and have been away since June because of the death of my father. A colleague of mine was just updating news until my return. She did not understand plugins. We are all volunteers and now we have nothing and no technical expertise to complete the fixes that need to be done, let alone the funds To hire the security company that found the problem to help. I am heartbroken.

Thank you so much! Your patience with we novice coders is much appreciated. Yes it was a cache issue! I just checked on my husband’s apple and everything seems fine. Just really got into a panic and didn’t work the problem – Thank you so much for being there.

Going to make the plunge and go with pro software. We have our Annual Meeting of the Literacy Council this Thu and am going to ask for the money to upgrade. Again, you are a patient angel and I love your software! Will be in contact on the pro website soon.

Well I was worried about people signing up for our tutor training but we just got one signed up so I’m relieved. Menu snafu didn’t seem to bother them! But we’ll get it fixes. If I have to go pro – maybe this is the time to do it! I’m just worried about how to get the downloaded files into wordpress. Thanks mary frances

Hey thanks for getting back to me. https://www.lcup.net Thanks. I did make a custome menu and set to primary. I didn’t do that from the beginning so now may have messed up code. I set all my parent and child locations from within page creations. Thanks SOOOO much. Mary Frances K. Literacy Council of Upper Pinellas.

Hey! I just updated the Preference Lite theme and my menu went crazy! Everything not where is should be. Am trying to get back – and can’t seem to. Any suggestions?? Thanks.
