This is looks like it is coming from your theme (Altitude Pro). Please check your theme’s Entry Meta settings.

It looks like the LDD Directory plugin is not active on the page you have indicated.

Your issue could be caused by a theme or plugin conflict as well.

You should be able to do this via css.

Are you using any other membership plugins on your site that might be conflicting with the directory plugin functions?

Currently the LDD Directory Lite plugin only supports users uploading one image or logo which is used to display in the listings.

I’m sorry you are having trouble with our plugin. Please make sure the following settings are correct in your site:

1. Dashboard >> Settings >> General: Memebrship > Anyone can register (checked)
2. Dashboard >> Directory >> Settings >> General: Public Submissions (Yes)
3. Dahsboard >> Users: Make sure that each user account has the user role set to “Directory Contributor” (Don’t change Admin users)

Also, check the individual listings in your directory to make sure they are assigned the correct Owner/User. You may need to enable the Owner dialog by checking the “Screen Options” at the top right of the Post Editor and make sure that “Owner” is checked. User accounts must have the role of “Directory Contributor” in order to have access to the edit functions of the plugin.

I believe the output you are referring to is generated in the plugin’s functions.php file (ldd-directory-lite/includes/functions.php). I’ll confirm this with our programmer and get back to you.

The link you provided forwards to a “Nothing Found” message. Did you deactivate the LDD Directory Lite plugin?

I believe we were able to resolve this issue.
