Thanks for checking out our plugin. We actually just worked on the issue with the responsive header layout for the search box and navigation. The fix should be going out today.
As for the sidebars issue, we’ve noticed some problems with some themes as well. You can try either disabling the default bootstrap css in the plugin settings or perhaps decreasing the size of your theme’s left sidebar a little.
