yes you need to logged in cpanel then go to file manager -> publich html then search your site folder and locate that location wp-content/thesis/skins/heartspring/images/ then you can upload your image.

do you have cpanel or ftp account ?

you simply go to this location wp-content/thesis/skins/heartspring/images/ and upload your your current image with this name page_header_about.png
before upload you can search your same image and change its name may be you need this.
so do not overwrite.

for upgrade php you dont need to login your site you can tell to hosting then will upgrade.

do you have any idea of code if yes then go to this location /home/amy/public_html/wp-content/themes/dear-1.0.0/functions.php and line number 18 just change this function name change_graphic_lib() to change_graphic_lib_1() save file and upload again.

then check every thing is working.

1) Edit your file : wp-content/themes/eleven40/style.css
2) Go to near line #648 and 641
3) change 690px to 100% and same 580px to 100%. See this https://www.screencast.com/t/MjrbEU44
4) Clear the cache if you have any cache plugin installed.
5) That’s it

If you have access to the cPanel, try this:

1. Download the plugins that you want to install on WordPress.
2. Open your CPanel and sign in.
3. Open “File Manager”
4. Locate your wordpress installation there and Click on the folder marked “wp-content”
5. Open the folder marked “plugins”
6. Click on “upload file(s)” and upload the plugin you just downloaded.
7. Click on the plugin file that you just uploaded and click “extract”.
8. Open WordPress and go to the dashboard. Click on “Plugins”. ( You should see your new plugin as one of the selections. )
9. Click “Activate”.

Hello,
No there is no need to delete the theme you just need to upload new theme in wp-content/themes/ directory then go do your wordpress backend dashboard -> appearance -> themes and select your newly uploaded theme.
