Thanks for reaching out?@captainslog. As you’ve already tried the “Redo plugin setup” button, with the same occurring, please perform a plugin reset and share whether you’re then able to proceed with setup?(Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit).

Note that by resetting, you will need to connect all previously connected modules once more.

What I suspect happened in your case, rather than being a plugin related change, was something at Google service, web host or network level impacted your site credentials when communicating with the Site Kit service. By resetting you’ll reset those credentials.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. We also have a guide on the plugin website in relation to this error which contains more details of this.

The same has happened to me on 30+ websites that I am managing. The Redo plugin setup gives me a “Error: Bad Request invalid parameter: ‘site_id’”.

Yes, resetting the plugin works, but then I have to set it up again and reshare everything. Do I really need to manually do this on all of my managed websites? Is there a sharing setting within my Google Account that needs to be re-confirmed?

@scdesmond If you are facing an issue with your Site Kit then please could we ask that you open your own individual topic where we can assist you individually.

I am glad to hear that the reset did work in this case for you and unfortunately you will need to do this for each site if you are facing this problem on them. If you see this happen again on all sites though please open a support topic with us and we can look into this further for you.

There shouldn’t need to be any setting changes you need to make on your Google account for this.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to?open a new support topic?if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
