I’m a bit lost with your post. That looks like css coding to me (forgive me lack of knowledge, I haven’t done much with wordpress before, I mainly used SMF, and that was about 2 years ago).
If so, where should I add it in my style.css file?
Or, is it something else I need to add elsewhere?
