Thanks for the answer! When testing the connection I saw that Google Ads was not connected. So I went to my Google account and saw, that there were 2 Ads accounts: an old one with all the information needed, and a new one which whad tried tocconnect to the merchant center. Somehow I could fix it there (don’t know what exactly) but anyhow, when trying again to start the plugin it finally worked!

we have the same problem and can′t finish step 4, getting the same error message as @billing18 . When I go back to step 3 the checkbox of “confirm a refund policy…” is not checked anymore so it seems it does not save theses settings?

any solutions? Best regards!
