I got your email and inspected NinjaTables and I get it’s something related to the lazy loading or specifically ajax data loading since the tooltips are matched only once the page is loaded

So the solution here is to add the Ninjatables events telling the data ad fetched successfully :

Please go to Settings/Advanced then from the bottom in the “Events to fetch” input add these 2 events separated with “,” : ready.ft.table, after.ft.paging

Please test and let me know

I see the problem and it will be fixed in the next update hopefully and for now as quick fix, you should just add a label in the Glossary/”select a family” input like show in this screenshot :

Thank you for your message, yes I already noticed that but the good new is that I’m about to publish the new totally revamped version of Tooltipy after which this error and others will be fixed

Please wait for hours or a couple of days to see the new update in your plugins list then test and let me know if we can put this as resolved

the glossary page should be generated automatically, maybe you haven’t added the good shortcode – ?[tooltip_glossary] in case ?

Please make a screenshot to the glossary page

I’ve already installed Tooltipy on PHP 8.1.23 and it’s working fine

Please try to activate the debug mode and check the log file to get the info about the fatal error if possible

I did the same as you did with Tooltipy OOP and got nothing as error

Please make sure you are getting the archive from the main page : https://github.com/lebleut/Tooltipy-OOP and that you’ve properly installed it (maybe it’s already existing in your plugins list!)

And if the error is still showing up please mention the error message here so I can check

It would be the fast solution to your issue so far because I’m not available to check the plugin code and fixe it right away since I’m busy with other projects

I inspected the page and noticed the duplication,

Have you made sure that Tooltipy is responsible for that ? because in the accordion “Word sketch” is not considered as a tooltip

Please disable Tooltipy and see if it’s still duplicating

If not, please try to use Tooltipy OO version from github (you will not loose any of your data and can get back to the basic version any time) https://github.com/lebleut/Tooltipy-OOP
